Founder and Host,
I served five years in the Marine Corps in both Security Forces and the Infantry before pursuing a career in the fitness industry and fire service. I have been happily married for 10 years and have two amazing young children.
I am dedicated to helping people take practical and actionable steps towards building the health, fitness, and resilience that they need to excel in their lives and careers.
Founder and Host
I am a husband, father, firefighter and triathlete, in that order. I've been married since 2018 and we have 3 awesome kids. I joined the fire service in 2017, prior to that I worked in one of the busiest Emergency Rooms in Louisiana for 4 years. I've always been into fitness and recently joined the triathlon and endurance sport train in 2022.
